ANZAC Day 2025

Our Community gathered on Friday 25th April 2025 to commemorate our local soldiers who fought and died in WW1 and WW2 and those that fought for our freedom. We had speakers from our Marae, Complex Committee and Tamariki from our school. It was a proud morning for us and big thanks to our Community, our speakers, Ray Palmer who played the Last Post and those that joined with us in a breakfast. Proceeds from the breakfast will go towards repairs to the plaques on the Memorial Flagpole to ensure we can read those names for time many years to come.
